Our guests come to the Elbe Sandstone Mountains first and foremost to experience the beauty and uniqueness of nature. But nature alone is not responsible for a beautiful holiday or an eventul short break, YOU with your smile and hospitality also play a large part in this.

What do we have to offer?
First and foremost, it is important to have a pleasant and cooperative working environment in which everyone feels comfortable and respected. Our jobs offer simple structures and guidelines, which you can familiarise yourself quickly.

Surely free time comes second, or does it? We avoid overtime so that you have enough free time. Public holidays and school holidays are the most important days in the season, this is when we need you the most.
In addition, we make sure that we provide a fair work schedule at least 2 weeks in advance and are happy to take your time-off requests into account. Last, but not least: What about the money? It goes without saying that we pay fair wages. Every good employer should care about these things.
