Cheese Raclette
What could be better than enjoying a cheese raclette during the cold season? We’ll start the evening with a fine aperitif. For the main course, you’ll melt authentic Swiss raclette cheese right at your table in your own raclette oven – and pair it to your taste with classic sides such as baby potatoes, pearl onions, cornichons, our house-cured ham, and a selection of fine antipasti. With our offer of gossamer Italian cold cuts, hand-sliced cheese, homemade jams, our own mueslis, freshly squeezed orange juice, there is certainly something for everyone. Toast the day with a glass of Cremant.
Afterwards, let your mind wander on the Folgenweg or climb to the summit of Gohrisch.

Quality has the highest priority. Try the premium rump steak from Saxon roast beef, tomahawk steaks from straw pig from Pillnitz or trout from Rathmannsdorf in the CUCINA restaurant. We also have fresh dishes for the little ones. Our drinks menu offers fine wines and spirits.

In our SPECIALTY SHOP (mostly BIO) we offer exquisite wines, drinks, homemade syrup, honey, milk, butter, cottage cheese, coffee, tea, chocolates, spaghetti, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, olives, pesto, sauces, spreads, cheese, fennel salami, serano ham, Colorado ham and much more.
We cut sausage and salami with our historic flywheel slicer.
